Fed up receiving their catalogues - their stuff doesn't fit me.
I once ordered some shoes, they were miles too big. I wrote and asked if they had shoes in my size, and if not(which apparently they don't), then please stop sending mail.
There is no complaints form or simple means of contacting them, their online Contact form has 'ClickJacking' so don't use that!
Can't think why they don't have a return envelope with their their catalogue like other companies. Their Customer Service is practically non-existent if you have a problem. I give them -10 (minus 10) for Customer Service.
