A good company with very good knowledge of web hosting. I have not had any problems in the 2-3 years I have been with them.

My only gripe is that the shared hosting page loading times has gotten slower since I first joined. I assume this is because they are having great success and gaining lots of customers however it can be a little annoying when cron jobs fail sometimes due to failed requests.

Aside from that there hasn't been any issues at all with any other aspect of the hosting experience.
