WRITE A REVIEW

“downloading manuals ”

in theory a great product.Did everything required yet could not open download which took hours.Was passed to Technical support who were fantastic ..but it still took a further 2 hours to fix my download remotely. Some issues Whitby Windows 10 .This can not be worth the $20 I have paid them ..their tech guy must have cost 10 x that ..God knows he Earned it.
Full marks to them for Customer service ..but is there not an easier way to do this ??
