“Would give 0 stars is possible. MISSOLD a shirt and 5...”

I ordered a Leeds United Retro shirt and the shirt that arrived was not the shirt they advertise on its website! I wanted one with the admiral badges on which was the authenticate retro design, the one on the site clearly shows the admiral badge, yet the one I have received is a rubbish replica without the admiral badge anywhere on the shirt! I find this appalling that a company of this size can misrepresent an item and not seem to care! I rang customers services straight away who advised me to email with the images of the shirt I received. I did this straight after the call, an automatic message says a response will be received in 24 hours. 24 hours after I chased and was told it was being investigated. Another 2 days later still no response and I have chased again and still have no reply to my complaint. I am shocked, the image I provided clearly did not match the one they have on the website. I am now left with a missing present for my boyfriends birthday and have yet to order it from else where because I am waiting the outcome of my complaint to see if they do stock the shirt as advertised and what action they are taking etc. I am out of pocket with a shirt I did not want and it's my boyfriends birthday in a few days. It is ridiculous and I am at a lost to why this was not a high priority to sort, or that customer services did not have the decency to let me know it was being investigated before I chased.Kitbag are still advertising the item for sale with the incorrect picture. I have never experienced such bad customer services from a company before and did not expect this when ordering the shirt, it has become a massive inconvenience I could do without!
