“Very disappointed, is this really the best you can do ?”

Just returned from Bridgetown (5/5/16) on Flight BA 2154. What an unpleasant experience.

Check-in was fine, but if you are in cattle class (economy), it really isn't a nice experience. Deliberately swapped from a Virgin Flight (big mistake) due to a very good BA flight from Nassau in 2014. What a difference. If this is supposed to be the best of our National airlines, I'd rather not fly. The aircraft reeked of urine when we boarded, the food service was slow to say the least, unless you were at the front of the Ecomomy section, they ran out of choice. Water was dripping from the baggage hold all over a traveller, who was told 'yes, it does that !!'

Really, come on BA, you're our National Airline, show some pride and consistency. Never again.
