“More services needed but overall good service ”

I have sold my phones with you before. You are a good quick service. I could have got more money for my phone elsewhere an extra £10 or so but I chose to come to you. I have nothing to complain about. One thing that would be useful is if you would take accessories etc. I had a spare battery with my phone when I emailed you said you wouldn't take it. Given that I don't have the same phone anymore I have no use for this battery. It would be useful if you would take old chargers or battery's as a service too even other accessories like cases. I had an s-view case that went with my phone. This way you could give a more well rounded service even if you just took them off peoples hands. For the same reason you take the phone you must have a use for them. And there shouldn't be any complications as you can post a spare battery along with the device by standard mail
