I'm a new customer. I had a complicated task to manage. I'm a photographer and don't have an IT background, so dealing with all servers configurations, switching and replacing names of my two photography websites, hosting, and other technical stuff was not easy for me. I called tech support five times, and during those times, I spoke with three different technicians. I wish I could include their names in this review because those guys really deserve a raise, or at list a paid day off! Inmotion 24/7 support is SUPER convenient, my last calls I made at night. Should I mention that my other web host has email support only :) and there is no way you can talk to a live person right away. Inmotion technicians helped me with all technical problems and helped me to set up website builder manually. They were professional, patient and polite with me (English is my second language). I'm very satisfied with Inmotion fast and professional tech support. Thank you guys!
