the person I dealt with helped me with my mortgage and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. As I am usually very busy at work, I felt he made the process easy for me. The communication was clear and he was thorough with the details. Further, I regularly received status updates. I particularly value this as I have worked with several other advisers who are difficult to reach, take very long in responding to your requests and make the overall process stressful and inefficient for you. I am definitely recommending him to my colleagues and friends!
