“don't go there if you are disabled”

a year ago i complained about the lack of access for disabled customers. an adjustment was agreed for me to be able to not sit and wait because the chairs are too uncomfortable. it's been hard but i have managed to remind them each time and get the cut. but today the manager was rude. humilating and repeatedly said she would have known had such an agreement been made and everyone had to "walk in" and "sit and wait". foul and horrible. don't go if you cant walk or sit and wiat
