Aldermore failed to transfer in my Cash ISA after multiple attempts. I was forced to wait weeks at a time, only to be informed that the transfers had failed for vaguely-specified reasons. After the third failure, they informed me that I had been slightly too slow to respond, and that I would have to open a new account at a much-reduced interest rate. To add insult to injury, the phone waiting queue to find this out was rather long. I would not consider banking with Aldermore in the future.
I took my business elsewhere.
