“Rubbish Airline”

Well I haven't left yet! booked Signature holiday in January for 6 adults and infant to travel in May which gives you the Perk of choosing a seat!!!, booked three rows of two at the front of the plane in February, but when checking on 25th April no two people were sitting together but scattered all over the plane! On contacting airline yes they said sorry and managed to find three rows together this being the last three rows so I was informed by the agent and was given the impression that I should be grateful!!. After last years horrendous flight only trip to the Gambia I swore I would never fly Thomas Cook again, the only reason that the hotel is exclusive to Thomas Cook holidays in the UK should have booked independently and fly with another airline. But looking at reviews this seems to be the norm, be warned.
