“Unprofessional staff”

Very unprofessional staff. He doesn't know what he is doing. We contacted him about a property to rent. The only issue was the moving dates.we were ready to pay all the costs having already filled up the forms. He assured us he is going to get back to us after speaking to the landlord. We have been calling him for two weeks in the office but the staff always say he is not around. After a few days we called back and a staff said the property is gone. we refused 3properties for that one. They didn't even give us a call back to let us know. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. IF HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL I GUESS WHOLE BRANCH SHOULD BE THE SAME!!!
