I am fitness enthusiast mother who was just not so much into gymming. When I came across an ad about Pilates Southpenrith, I was too much excited and knew this was something I wanted to learn. Classes are superb and learning. The trainers were good and helpful to teach you each and every exercise multiple times, till I was not expert at it. It was great learning experience and I also got fit body with these easy exercises.
