“Service as declined rapidly in 2016.”

Sadly we were very disappointed with our recent service with our transfers from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollensa. We are regular users of the service as well as my whole family plus business colleagues and friends who frequent this resort several times a year. Things have declined considerably since March time this year with the Palma Coach Company as they now are the company who operate this year and I will outline the details below :
We arrived at the airport and waited 1 hour 15 mins on the bus before it departed. It then went around Alcudia and eventually to Puerto Pollensa. That journey due to the stops took over 2 hours. By this stage we were frustrated but as with previous posts no sign of an apology from anyone. The return journey was disaster. Our flight was due to depart 10:30am but they wanted to pick us up at 5:20am. When we queried this there was nothing they could about it. We had to spend 80 euros on a taxi. To add insult to injury I received an email from Resort hoppa welcoming me home and asking me to complete a survey. I did and emailed on the same day I received it. I never got a reply. I have emailed customer services too but have never received a reply. It is sad as this was formally an excellent service but we are unable to recommend them now.
