“Poor Customer Service!!!”

Ordered a table and chairs. Only the table has been delivered. Telephoned to arrange for chairs to be delivered yesterday. Promised a callback either in the evening or morning. No callback came. Telephoned again this afternoon to ask about callback. Was avised I would be called in the evening by 8pm. No callback. Telephoned at 7:55 this evening to be told the callback was for tomorrow (this was not what I had been advised). When I asked for the person to rebook the delivery, they ended the call (clearly too close to their shift finishing). Still have not spoken to anyone who can rebook the order. No wonder the company went into administration - the online remnants are appalling!
