I feel very cheated by look again after writing them to cancel my account and request payment of commission due to me.
One statement said I had £165 commission-after writing them the next statement stated £0.00.I contacted them and was told as the account had been inactive for more than 6 months commission was forfeited !!!!! what!!! I was told this as in their terms and they were under no obligation to inform me as the account slipped into inactivity.
What a way to treat loyal customers who have been with them years-can't that can get away with this.
People be aware of this nothing more than robbery.
