Really poor experience which remains on going. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. The items were advertised as in stock. I have finally received my order but it is incomplete. I have emailed requesting an update and then a refund; both emails have been ignored.
Poor service and nonexistent communication. I do not hold out much hope for my refund. Probably the worst internet shopping experience I've had in many a year. There's no need or excuse for a company to be this poor.
