Customer service based in South Africa very poor
Service when I finally got through after 15 minutes
For a credit they said was going to put into my bank
Account which I still waiting for after 20 days found them unhelpful they said no notes was on file although credit control had took last 4 digits off my debit card was given they was looking into and a manager was phoning me back that same day 14/4/2016 but no reply was ever made back to me
Now maybe will have to take it up with further
