Fozzy.com have always been okay for me when hosting personal web pages.
I've only needed about 4 tickets and everything has been minor and resolved very quickly. I have been very happy with their courteous, consistent, and FAST customer service
These guys seem to really know what they're doing. Uptime has been 100%.

So far, a very happy customer. It is really quite excellent, and offers excellent value for relatively low cost. I can't praise them highly enough.
