I HAVE USED THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICE ON AT LEAST 5 OCCASIONS, THE END RESULT IS ALWAYS THE SAME , WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG AND THEY SUPPORT THE INSTITUTION STHEY ARE SUPPOSED TO INVESTIGATE
THERE ARE A NUMBER OF ISSUES, THE ADJUDICATORS ARE BIASED AND IN MY OPINION TOLD TO SAY NO, NO, NO! THEY THEN PASS THE INFORMATION ON IN A BIASED FASHION, SO THAT WHEN THE OMBUDSMAN GETS THE INFORMATION THEY WILL SAY NO.
NO POINT COMPLAINING TON THE MANAGERS, THEY LISTEN, DO NOTHING AND THEN PASS IT ON TO THE OMBUDSMAN, WHO WILL WITHOUT YOU REALISING SAY NO AND THEN THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO
MANY OF THE PEOPLE HAVE WORKED FOR BANKS OR INSURANCE COMPANIES SO HAVE A BIAS NOT TO THINK OF AS AN ORDINARY LAY PERSON, BUT EXPECT PEOPLE TO LOOK AND KNBOW CONTRACT LAW, HOWEVER WHEN QUESTIONED THEY COME UP WITH MORE STORIES TO PROTECT THE INSTITUTIONS THEY ARE INVESTIGATING, WHY BECAUSE ITS MY OPINION THAT AS THEY ARE FUNDED BY THOSE INSTITUTION THERE IS AN U HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP
I EVEN HAD ONS INSTANCE WHERE THE ADJUDICATOR AGREED, THE INSTITUTION AGREED THAT I DID NOT GET WHAT WAS EXPECTED, THE ADJUDICATOR MIRACULOUSLY LEFT THE ORGANISATION AND THE OMBUDSMAN REVERSED THE DECISION
TO ME SHAKESPEARE PUT IT WELL" THERE IS SOMETHING ROTTEN INTHE STATE OF" IN THIS INSTANCE WE KNOW WHO, WE HAVE THE IDEA OF FAIR PLAY, BUT THAT IS MERELY AN ILLUSION YOU ARE ALMOST GUARANTEED TO LOSE IN MY OPINION.
