I have been a member for 30 years and only ever used them twice. I have serious NHS delays in treating a chronic back problem and because I cannot supply the type of consultant they cannot do anything. I have a letter from my GP and a NHS hospital referral letter but this is still not enough. When I asked that my membership be cancelled they did that without any apologies or issues. No effort made in trying to retain a long standing customer. I shall go elsewhere then.......
