“Rip off ”

I've had car insurance with halifax for 3 years with no problems. However now that I've decided to change cars they've decided to rip me off. My premium has now doubled per month despite the fact I've been driving for 14 years with no claims. The same policy was £25 cheaper on a price comparison website and customer services refused to give me the deal. So they have no loyalty towards existing customers.Not only that I had to pay a fee from my old policy which I was told I wouldn't have to. Very poor customer service and bad attitude.
