“Good value for money service for a VPS”

On the whole, I'm happy with the service I get from 123. If I paid a little more (like with other VPS's), then I'm sure there would be even better support and management of my server from 123. However, I find that if requested, 123 do fulfill most requests.

It does seem to take time to get to the answers that I need, however, this is most likely due to my lack of server knowledge and no fault of 123

I've no reason to change my server choice at the moment, and if I did I would most likely upgrade with 123 for convenience and to have the server managed for me.
