3 weeks and still waiting for authorisation for referral to specialist.
I am a new customer ( 6months), now they going through a process to check with my doctor if precasting condition ( which it is not)
When I enrolled , this check should have been activated , not started when treatment required .
Staff , so unprofessional with no knowledge.
I shall be looking for new provider at the end of this year!!!
