Bought a heart clip and as you probably know they are not cheap. Every little knock my bracelet took the charm popped off I noticed a few time but finally I completely lost it. When I went to Pandora to buy a replacement I told them what happened to it and received the uninterested response of 'oh yeah we've had a few returns of the limited addition bracelets with that clasp because they kept coming undone' which just annoyed me more. Disappointed by the sales assistants attitude.Why have they not dicontinued the product? Absolute waste of money. Would not recommend.
