“Terrible customer service ”

I purchased a cooker and the website said that a 2hr delivery slot could be made for a fee. When I tried to book an available slot the slot was then unavailable. Had a live chat with curries to be told they didn't actually do a 2 hr slot and it shouldn't be on the website but would be advised of a 4hr slot on the day.

The cooker was for my tenant who had to book the whole day off work. The delivery didn't come within the 4 hr slot and there was no attempt by know how to keep us updated. I tri d calling their delivery company and curries to be told by automated message that there was a 50 minute que which would conveniently bring me up to when the lines closed at 8pm.

Delivery arrived at 19:01 and the driver/cooker fitter advised that they couldn't fit the cooker due to health and safety reasons as they were over their working hours. Sounds like jobs worthy to me! Why on earth did they even bother to to turn up? Were they waiting round the corner in their van until 19:00 so they didn't have to do the job?

Now my tenant is still without a cooker and no date for fitting booked, and has to take another day off to take delivery.

I ordered the cooker from Curries as they could deliver a cooker sooner than any other supplier. I sincerely regret buying anything from this rubbish company and will not be using curries ever again!!!
