I am a returning customer but will not be back to compost direct. The company has absolved itself of all responsibility for my recent order which has gone missing. Lady on the phone was plain rude and then hung up on me. Company said the failure to deliver my 2 bags was my problem and that I needed to deal with the delivery company not compost direct. So I would strongly suggest that people do not use this company. If you use them and it goes well then congratulations you were lucky! Otherwise stay well clear. If you have any sort of quality or delivery issue you will be in terrible trouble. The customer service is quite simply appalling.
