“Bad customer service”

Just visited our local Icelands. A main town store and one one till operating. Same staff stacking selves ect. Most unpleasant at the check out, first an argument about what a bag for life is called. Sorry but it is a recyclable bag. I had bought over £50 of shopping, but instead of letting me pack my shopping the check out assistant hurdles next customers shopping into mine. Is that int... I have arthritis. There is also damage to packaging. We will take our custom else where.
