“Dysfunctional company”

Moving a client's domain to another Registrar. 123-Reg actioned their part of the move, then emailed me when the move was complete telling me if I had any problem I should log in to my account to update the ticket. The next day I discovered that my email address is still live in their system and causing problems, so I tried to login only to discover they had automatically disabled my account when the move occurred. How can I login to report a problem with a domain move when moving a domain automatically disables the account???
