“I waited in all day but did not receive my "next day...”

I waited in all day but did not receive my "next day delivery" order! Now I am being told it was signed for by someone else the following day. I am yet to receive a refund as it now being investigated. I wa told that I would receive forms to complete via post... But they never sent them, I ended up having them emailed over. Mean while I'm left out of pocket! Will not be shopping online with JD EVER AGAIN! Service very poor, time and money consuming! Very unhappy customer!
