“Very let down.”

Whilst in Tenerife in June 2014, I had to cut my holiday short as my mother suddenly became seriously ill and she subsequently died days later.
Despite several attempts to contact your representatives whilst in Tenerife to get an emergency flight home I was unable to get any assistance and had to book a fight with anther agency.
On my return home I contacted yourselves with all the details and an explanation of my experience, receipt of return flight, mother's death certificate etc. After several letters and phone calls and online communication, It would appear no-one could decide or confirm who was responsible to support my attempts to be reimbursed through my travel insurance.
I had also lost my father 17 months prior to my Mother's death so felt very disillusioned and in the process of dealing with my mother's funeral and affairs and gave up pursuing things any further.
So unfortunately I feel very disappointed and let down from the service or lack of help and assistance I received.
I'm sorry I cant give you a positive review and I very much doubt I will book any further holidays with you again.
