“Avoid this company !!!”

I ordered a moses basket from this company . The basket I ordered and the basket I received were totally different ! I phoned them to tell them that they sent me the wrong one and the so called supervisor / manager said that I had actually ordered that one. When I told him that the picture on the website was different to what I had received he told me that the picture is just for illustration purposes only. Even in my order history it shows the picture as the one that I thought I was receiving . The attitude of customer services is disgusting , they couldn't care less about my issue and didn't want to help at all as it had gone past the returns deadline . Once they have your money they don't care or give two hoots !!!! Avoid like the plague !!!!! Wish I had seen online reviews before dealing with this company . Really don't know how they are still in business .
