I ordered 2 dresses with collect from store. When my order arrived only one dress was in parcel, no explanation, no e mail to say it would not be in parcel. No apology. On invoice it just said refunded. There was no refund back to PayPal. I sent countless messages to customer service. Not one reply to my request for refund. There is no customer service phone number to call if you have a problem. I had to put a claim in from PayPal in the end and once they got involved...surprise surprise I got my refund.
Terrible customer service and would never use the online ordering again.
Needs a telephone number as the contact forms are the only option to get in touch and you get no replies from them.
