Today emailed the CEO of Remaha as got nowhere with customer relations, did not get a reply (well! didn't really expect to) but called by customer relation (Ha!Ha!) After no success there asked to be put through to CEO, of course he wasn't there, spoke to his PA, well! I'd love you all to listen to the recording.

When asked if she had seen the reviews written about Remeha, she remarked that she "Didn't Care" Well that basically sums up the whole company. Suffice to say that they couldn't understand after 5 days in the coldest weather of the year that we got British Gas to install a new boiler, when speaking to Remaha to get them to look at the faulty boiler and to be told 2-3 days before that could come out, and, that if they couldn't fix it it was back to British Gas who had been trying for 5 days to get the boiler going, replacing most of the parts on the advice of Remeha's technical team. Oh! by the way, we are both in our 70's and my husband had come out of hospital the day before the breakdown.
What more can I say except don't make the mistake we made by having a Remeha, it has cost us our golden wedding celebration holiday that we had planned for this year. Avoid like the plague....
