I booked my car Through Ryanair, flight was on time waited by the car hire desks for around 2 hours, phoned them around 10 times, only got a voicemail message, finally paid £10 for a taxi to the office in the Hilton. This was back in February, I logged a complaint heard nothing for a month, mailed them again and they asked me to send a copy of my reservation document, I sent this and waited for almost a month before I mailed again, then they asked me to tell them what phone number I used!! waiting to see what they ask next!!!!
