“On arrival at Little Chef in Wisley South, there was...”

written by ksaunders on 10/05/2006

Good Points
None except that it was somewhere to wait until the petrol station re-opened

Bad Points
Thirty minute wait for a chicken roll and orange juice. The side salad looked as though it had been retrieved from a rabbit hutch. I had to collect it myself from the counter, as there were no waiters or waitresses in the restaurant.

General Comments
On arrival at Little Chef in Wisley South, there was one very slow waitress and one chef in attendance. The place was like a morgue, even though there were several tables occupied. It was ten minutes before the waitress came for our order, then they did not have our first choice. Then two more employees appeared, but quickly went into the back room and they were not seen again. It was thirty minutes before the rolls were ready. I could not eat the salad. At the till, another five minutes passed while a never seen before employee tried to figure out what to charge and how to work the till!
