“Good overall but lack of communication overall.”

Was happy of the cost and the timeline. Once I requested a quote, They were calling every day to see if I had made a decision. Even after I told them that I would be the one calling back. Once I gave the deposit, I had to call a few times to find out what was happening. The third party carrier/ Driver was the telling me that he was going to pick up the car on Sunday. Only two days later, i received an email from Montway letting me know that the car was picked up.
Overall, Once the pick up was done, my entire conversation was with the driver. But otherwise price and set up fine.
