“Basically ignore the warranty”

Been using Antler for more than 10 years. Bought a Compass Point Mega Decker Trolley Bag Navy. Wheel came off after one use. Called up customer service for warranty. They basically refused because they are claiming it was an accidental damage. I am claiming bad quality. A wheel should not come off this easily. We came to a deadlock so raised to Retail Ombudsman for help. They can determine the outcome.

Do not buy this product or from Antler!! No such thing as a 10 year warranty. They always push back to make it like this is your fault.


DO NOT BUY FROM ANTLER.
