“Would not refund - don't buy with them”

I bought a number of items from them and when they arrived they did not fit. I therefore sent them back using Collect Plus. According to their website they process and refund you the day it is received back. After it was received back (I have tracking proof it was received) they did not refund me. I contacted them and they said it was due to a stock take. I enquired as to how long this would take and was told "as long as it takes" and to "just deal with it". To date I still don't have a refund and they won't tell me when I will get my money back. I have had to start a small claims court claim to try and get my money back. Since this has happened I have since many reviews with refund problems. I would not recommend or trust.
