“deceived over car spec and over the warranty and no...”

i purchased a 3 years old Toyota verso car for 9 grand and was mentioned about cruise control in the description when took the delivery the cruise control wasn't there also i was offered a two years extended warranty which i purchased but then i come to know that the car already have 14 months warranty left by Toyota which i informed them before i picked up the car and they said don't worry your warranty will start after manufacturer warranty expires i asked for correct dates on documents and they said it will arrive in post i trusted them but they sent me same dates documents via post i immediately sent an email regarding that and also mentioned that i was told the car has full spec and your description mentioned about cruise control but never received any reply call few time manager or sales assistant wasn't there and was told will get a call back never received any call back i then put up a complaint through resolver website was receiving emails some one will call back from the branch again no response and i keep emailing them that no one called finally one day i received a call from head office and they again said the brand manager will call you never received any call this morning i decided i will keep calling them and i spoke to one lady and she heard the complaint and said manager is on another call and will call you back i waited for an hour and i called again and this time i got the manager same person who originally promised to send me the amended warranty documents via post he said admin staff is not in today will call you tomorrow and send you the paperwork


few point i want to mention
i was lied first of all for cruise control which wasn't there
i was sold a 2 years warranty out of which 14 months was already covered by Toyota
i was never told that the windscreen has minor which was mentioned in the MOT done a month before i purchased the car
break discs were worn off also mentioned in the MOT

purchasing a car from dealer and paying more is a satisfaction that car is perfectly alright to drive on the road and is coming without any problem

also when i went to purchase the car i was asked for £99 admin cost for all HPI checks i said i can do it privately and i was told ok its fine and its optional where as in the beginning they were saying in a way that it was mandatory. i did hpi and it was showing outstanding finance from Lombard asset finance i asked them about it and they said yeah we finance all our cars from them and its ours don't worry about we will clear it after you purchase the car i said ok then will i get a letter confirming that there is no more charge on this car and the used car manager said " we are not back street garage we are main dealers " i politely said you don't need to get upset its my hard earned money and i have right to ask and he immediately changed his tone and said no i didn't mean that.

and again i have no documents if the finance has been paid off


i am still waiting to hear from him regarding my warranty documents but i promise never again i will buy anything from evans halshaw mansfield and i will not recommend and i will post this truth about them on every forum i can
