“Appalling customer service ”

I ordered from cult for the first time and it's the last time I ever order from them! It took 6 weeks to get my order! Due to having wrong item sent it back next day with a letter (bare in mind if you spend a lot it's not tracked) I never heard anything from them for 3 weeks I started to call and no one was answering I had called 80 times and no answer I even got hung up on too for asking for a refund because the customer service was that awful I was told different things by the same woman on the Facebook page "we've got it but it's not been sent out it will be sent out in the next 7-10 days" " we cancelled it" "it's here but we haven't sent it out yet cause we haven't had time " on Facebook andinstagram they was being bashed someone made a Instagram page bashing them and so they should because the customer service is shameful I got told the distribution manager had sent a replacement out that day I was furious for having all that faff for six weeks for one item they just haven't bothered to send out because their a lazy company who don't value their customers they just want your hard earned money girls! I have never been so appalled with a company who can't deliver reasonable customer service answer phones respond to emails or answer phone messages when I did talk to the workers they was no help or don't talk in the right manner! I saw many people complaining they was reporting them to training standards and rightly so!
