“Poor After Sales Service”

The after sales and customer service from lark fleet is totally unacceptable. Rectification work is not undertaken, the customer services line is never answered, call back are not undertaken. Major rectification work remains outstanding and the only way to get it done is through the NHBC or legal mechanisms. I have dealt with a number of builders before, these are by far the worse!
