I moved my services from 1&1 to EKM powershop & i have to say from day one i have been absolutely gob smacked with the tremendous customer service EKM has. Being used to 1&1 where i would be on hold for up to an hour, never speak to someone english, but EKM they pick up the phone within a minute & are all very well spoken polite & keen to help!
I have no regrets at all for switching over to EKM perhaps the best move ive ever made for my business.
My business - Midland Motorcycles - is not a small site, i have 50,000 products and am in the process of nearly reaching that on my new EKM website. The site is great, fast & you can put the products into categories in the csv file so they are assigned AS you upload the csv. A lot of places dont do that, 1&1 didnt ever have the ability to do that & i used to spend hours and hours daily just putting products into cats, so to me that is a HUGE time saver. The temlates are great, they also have the option to edit the Coding on every page which most hosts dont & also have the option to edit the meta titles tags etc, the list goes on. If i could leave 10 stars i would.
I dont ever intend on leaving EKM now. What a great service, great abiltys to build a sexy site, and all at a really good price!
