“barclays bank is a disgrace!!!”

Barclays bank is the worst bank ever , the staff are so un-helpful!!! They tried to take money out of my bank and said I had processed a loan , I am 16 years of age I'm not even old enough to access a loan , I will not be held responsible for this and I will take this matter further. Alsoto the rude man I got stuck on the other end of the phone to this morning you will be lucky if you still have a job by next week sir!! I will be taking this further and I will be closing my bank down and advising everyone that goes to sign up with barclays , simply not to.
