From the my first email conversation to enquirer whether Smarter Web could meet my website design/usability requirements, I knew they were the company for me. He was friendly, approachable and made the whole process easy to understand (even for technophobe me), answering all my questions in a detailed way but avoiding jargon.

As for the website design & logo design process, the team went above and beyond. Calm, helpful & incredibly patient with my (seemingly) ever changing requirements as I kept thinking of things I & my readers needed from the site. The design process was fast & my site was up and running very quickly. But what did I think of the finished site? Well, it's surpassed all expectations, to say I am thrilled is an understatement. Judging from my readers feedback too, I'm not the only one who was impressed.

Aftercare has also been impressive, emails are answered promptly & any issues ironed out/changes made promptly.

All in all, I have to say Smarter Web are outstanding!
