Good Points
It works well enough BUT

Bad Points
It takes forever to dry and it smudges on my upper lid.

General Comments
I don't know why I went back to using Maybelline Volume Express. While I like the coverage, it takes forever to dry and it smudges badly - mostly on my upper lid.
