“Poor image quality ”

I have been a loyal customer of Moonpig for many years now and have never been disappointed with any of the products previously ordered, however I recently purchased a photo upload mug for Mother's Day and found that the printing was of poor quality. The images were blurry and quite dark, which came as a surprise as I have had no previous problems with the company. Having used the website for a long period of time, I have ordered products such as cards, calendars and mugs in the past and all the printing has been of excellent quality. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of the printing and in future may consider using another printing organisation.
