“Very disappointed”

Very Disappointing - Lived up to the negative reputation of estate agents. Bad customer service and care. No regular updates on website 'click rate' or email summarising marketing activity on my property. Sold it through a different agent in the end which end up costing me more in commission. Win win for KFH to my detriment.
