I've been with these guys for many years now and my site is vital to the work I do...yes, there are occasional hiccups or the odd DDOS attack - but, they are quick to react, quick to get it fixed and keep you posted to everything that's going on 99% of the time. I would - and have - recommended them to a number of people. Sure, I'd like a company with a bigger, 24-hour, international support team...but then I'd be paying a whole lot more. So, for the good price you do pay, I think you'd be hard-pushed to find an equivalent service.
