“Help Desk Support”

We use external help desks for our public interface - web & mail. Over the years he have tried various companies for differing services. We have now settled with one - Easyspace - having your domain, web and email all provided by one service provider ensures any problem (usually operators error) are fixed seemlesly - whether Easyspace or another vendor - I recommend good research into a combined service provider with experience as good I receive from Easyspace.
